Welcome to KC Medical Care. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (kcmedicalcare.com) and our clinical communication services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. KC Medical Care is a registered DBA of NTTR Medical LLC.

Clinical Services & SMS Messaging

KC Medical Care provides medical triage and care coordination services. As part of these services, we may communicate with patients and Long-Term Care (LTC) facility staff via SMS/text messaging.

Opt-In: By providing your mobile number and/or submitting a signed consent form, you expressly consent to receive recurring clinical and administrative text messages from KC Medical Care.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at office@kcmedicalcare.com.
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on clinical necessity and patient care requirements. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Emergency Disclaimer (Not for 911)

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY. Our website, automated agents, and SMS services are for non-emergent triage and coordination only. We do not guarantee immediate response times and our communications should not be used as a substitute for professional emergency medical intervention.

Use of Automated Agents

You acknowledge that some communications may be facilitated by automated clinical agents. These agents are supervised by licensed medical professionals at KC Medical Care. Automated responses are intended to gather information and provide preliminary triage but do not constitute a final medical diagnosis.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and software used on this site (including the KC Medical Care brand) are the property of NTTR Medical LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NTTR Medical LLC and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our SMS services or website, including but not limited to carrier-related message failures.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.
